Distribution. * Russia ( Fig. 2 ) [Kuril Islands (Kunashir), Sakhalin , Khabarovsk Terr.], Japan ( Hokkaido , Honshu) (Mitai et al. 2003). Unknown. Remarks. The name “ Nomada melanura melanura ” Tsuneki 1973 was preoccupied (nec Mocsáry 1883) and has been therefore changed by Tsuneki (1975) to N. momoglonis . Unfortunately Tsuneki (1975) regarded the older name hakusana Tsuneki 1973 as a subspecies of the junior name momoglonis Tsuneki 1975 , which contradicts Article 23 of the Code (ICZN 1999).
