TAXONOMIC NOTES: The subgenus
Procolobus
contains only one species,
Procolobus verus
, the olive colobus.
PELAGE NOTES: Coat has short hair and is a dull reddish olive color. Limbs and tail are olive. There is a longitudinal crest on the crown.
