Xyleborus procerrimus Schedl 1969: 214 . Hulcr & Cognato 2013: 92 . Remarks. An image of the X. procerior holotype (NHMW) was examined. Schedl (1958b: 154) , synonymised X. procerior with Cyclorhipidion terminaliae (Hopkins) (now Terminalinus ), but this synonymy is incorrect. The image of X. procerior was compared to a syntype of X. destruens (NHMUK) and found to be conspecific. It is here considered a synonym of E. destruens rather than Terminalinus terminaliae . Distribution. From Southeast Asia through Indonesia to New Guinea , Australia and Pacific islands.
