Diagnosis.
Ariadna abrilae
is similar to
A. maxima
due to the leg macrosetae of females, but differ by its minute size and the anterior receptaculum with lobes with expanded and rounded tips, and the dorsal lobe sinuous (

).
Description. Male.
Unknown.
Female (Los Molles, AMNH).
Carapace and chelicerae brownish orange (
Fig. 49A
). Endites orange; labium dark orange. Sternum orange with darker margins, and four pairs of fainted dark marginal areas (
Fig. 49B
). Palps orange, darkening gradually in distal direction. Legs orange, pairs I‒II darker. Abdomen grey, lighter ventrally (
Fig. 49A‒B
). Total length 6.2; carapace 2.08 long, 1.32 wide. Legs: robust and sparsely coated with setae; legs I‒II with ventro-prolateral and ventro-retrolateral tibial macrosetae of similar size, and metatarsal macrosetae of different sizes (
Fig. 49C‒D
). Leg formula: I-II-IV-III. Leg measurements: I, femur 1.44, patella 0.68, tibia 1.16, metatarsus 1.04, tarsus 0.4, total 4.72; II, 1.32, 0.64, 1.04, 0.96, 0.36, 4.32; III, 1.16, 0.52, 0.68, 0.64, 0.32, 3.32; IV, 1.44, 0.72, 1.08, 0.84, 0.36, 4.44.
