Diagnosis.
Crown of head extremely short, posterior margin upturned in middle forming ridge; face wider than long. Ocelli closer to inner margins of adjacent eye than to each other. Forewing venation prominent with fine setae along veins. Male pygofer variable: either elongate, upturned, or truncate with spine-like processes or with marginal blade-like processes. Subgenital plates without macrosetae. Aedeagus symmetrical, aedeagal shaft and dorsal apodeme with processes.
