Carapace marginal carina crenellated. Telson with 3 terminal setae, 3 pairs of lateral setae. Depth . 1016–3300 m . Distribution . Peru-Chile Trench, 8°– 13°S , 77– 81°25’W . Remarks. The type material is decalcified, and in poor condition. The material from the USNM is in somewhat better shape, with some variability in the development of the pleopods in the female, but the pleopods were present on all female specimens.
