Remarks.
Ps. shibatai
is unique in its pale body, which is constant in all populations examined without exhibiting any intermediate colour. It cannot be separated from other “colour pattern species” except by its constant colour and few tergal macrochaetae. A more comparison with
Ps. griseocoerulea
, particularly those pale forms, is discussed above.
