Diagnosis. Paramere broadened and short ( Fig. 21 C); aedeagus narrowed medially, expanded and with thick pubescence on distal 1/3 ( Fig. 21 D). FIGURE 21. Scale bars = 0.1 mm. Description. Ocellar triangle brown, with 2–5 setae above ocellar setae. Frons brownish to brown. Pedicel yellowish brown; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus dark brown. Palpus brownish yellow. Mesonotum brownish yellow to yellowish brown, sometimes dark brown before scutellum ( Figs 5 J, 6A). Postpronotal lobe yellow to brownish yellow ( Fig. 6 B). Acrostichal setulae in 12–16 irregular rows ( Figs 5 J, 6A). Scutellum brownish yellow to brown, black along margin, yellow around apical scutellar setae ( Fig. 5 J), sometimes pale at tip. Pleura with a brown, longitudinal stripe above ( Fig. 6 B). Katepisternum and mesopleuron mostly yellow to brownish yellow; mesopleuron with 1 brownish patch ( Fig. 6 B). Wing ( Fig. 2 D): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with 5–8 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Mid and hindlegs brown on knees. Abdominal tergites brown to dark brown, with yellow patches ( Fig. 10 E). Male terminalia: Epandrium mostly pubescent, with 10 setae near posterior margin per side ( Fig. 21 A). Paramere round apically, with pubescence and 6 sensilla dorsally ( Fig. 21 C). Measurements.
