Diagnosis.
Abdominal 3rd to 6th tergites dark brown, with small yellow patches sublaterally (

C); paramere dorsad expanded medially (

C); aedeagus thick on basal 2/3, slender on distal 1/3 (
Fig. 29
D).
Description.
Ocellar triangle yellowish brown, with 4 setae above ocellar setae. Frons yellowish brown to brown. Pedicel yellowish brown; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus yellowish brown. Palpus brownish yellow. Mesonotum yellowish brown, slightly brown before scutellum (

I). Postpronotal lobe brownish yellow (

J). Acrostichal setulae in 11–13 irregular rows (

I). Scutellum yellowish brown, black at tip and pale around apical scutellar setae (

Etymology.
A combination of the Latin words “
angustus
” (= narrow) + “
foliaceus
” (= folium), referring to the aedeagus narrowed distally.
