Notes: —Only a single specimen of the original material is extant in A; the duplicate in PNH must have been destroyed during World War II. Merrill (1917a) mentioned that the type material of his Bornean species were deposited in PNH. Although Chen et al . (2015) correctly stated that the holotype in PNH was destroyed, a lectotypification was not performed. Therefore, we here designate the A sheet as lectotype .
