Holotype : male, RUSSIA , Zabaykalsky Krai [Chita Region]: Nizhniy Tsasuchey , pine forest, 16.vii.1990 , leg. A. Kotenko (deposited in: SIZK ). Diagnosis. Exochus similis is similar to E. karazini , but has face with a small triangular yellow mark; all coxae, trochanters and trochantelli black, and hind tibia orange, fuscous apically. Distribution. Currently known from Ukraine and East of Russia ( Tolkanitz 2007a ).
