This plant species is a common component of the understory, especially along large forest trails in FLP. Based on 2021-FLP-IMM-0116, the particular individual where the egg was located was at the entrance of a forest trail. On the date the egg was collected, the plant height was 1.3 m . The egg was found at a distance of 0.7 m from the ground, situated on the abaxial surface, in the middle part of the leaf blade, and near the leaf margin.
