D e s c r i p t i o n: Size: Length 6.0 mm; width 1.5 mm . Form: As in Fig. 55 . Head: (EW/FW 20/50). Thorax: Pronotal and elytral discs finely punctate; (PL/PW 90/90); (EL/EW 240/70). Abdomen: Female pygidium scutiform. E t y m o l o g y: The species name, rubra , is a Latin adjective and means "red".
