Head dull, completely granulate (

). Pronotum dull, almost completely granulate, only with posterior margin unsculptured (

); posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (5:9); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula (

); notauli reaching approximately 0.3-0.4 × length of mesoscutum (

); metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel (

REMARKS
In specimens from
Oman
, antenna darkened, legs testaceous, except brown metacoxa and clubs of femora; head slightly granulate; mesoscutum dull and strongly granulate. In specimens from Dubai and
Afghanistan
, frons with unsculptured area in front of anterior ocellus. Frontal line incomplete in some specimens from
Afghanistan
and
Japan
, sometimes absent in some Japanese specimens.
