Iranica 157: 401. 1984) both treated 921.68 (LINN) as the type. However, this material came from Allioni and was received long after 1753. Kit Tan & Strid designated a specimen from the Burser herbarium, cited explicitly in Linnaeus' protologue (and hence a syntype ), as lectotype .
