Remarks
. The present material confirms the occurrence of
Dissodactylus crinitichelis
in Ceará. In Ceará,
D. crinitichelis
associates with two different irregular sea urchins, viz.
Melita quinquesperforata
(Leske) and
Encope emarginata
(Leske)
; both are known hosts for this pea crab elsewhere in
Brazil
(
Queiroz
et al.
2011
).
