Hypodigm – Only the type material. Horizon and Site – The Upper Miocene (Chasicoan) of Argentina : Arroyo Chasicó Formation, Province of Buenos Aires ; Partido de Villarino. Diagnosis – A size similar to that of P. lemoinei , representing the most recently known form of the genus. The most outstanding differences are in details of the trochlea of the tarsometatarsus with the other congenerous forms, are pointed out by Tonni & Tambussi (1988).
