Widespread in the country. The most specimens were collected on flowers of Umbelliferae in steppic areas during sunny and warm days.

Danilevsky (2015)
reported the taxon from
Serbia
, but without any additional data on the precise finding. No other data available from the literature exist regarding the subspecies’ presence in
Serbia
. This finding is doubtful, although the taxon is recorded in some other Balkan countries (
Rapuzzi & Sama 2013
).
