Head and thorax muddy yellow, abdomen brown yellow, black are: lateral fovea, apical half of frons continuing with anterior margin of ocellar area, antenna except ventral sides of pedicel and scape, three large oval spot each on mesonotal middle and lateral lobe, lower margin of parapsis, mesopostnotum, posterolateral part of metanotum, posterior margin of metapostnotum, two separate narrow basal bands on lateral sides of each tergum, apex of ovipositor sheath. Legs muddy yellow, black are: a broad stripe each on dorsal part of four front legs from apex of femur to claw, a broad inner band on apical 2/5 of metafemur, dorsal side and apex of metatibia, metatarsomere 1 except ventral side of base, tarsomeres 2–5 entirely. Wings hyaline, fore wing vein C, R1, 2r and stigma pale green, other veins dark brown. Punctures on labrum and clypeus minute, shallow and sparse; punctures on dorsal part of head rather large, shallow, interspaces with dense microsculpture, distinctly shiny; mesonotum with dense punctures, interspaces shiny; punctures on mesepisternum extremely minute, shallow and indistinct, interspaces polished without microsculpture, strongly shiny; anepimeron with distinct sculptures, katepimeron polished without punctures, microsculpture dense, interspaces distinctly shiny; metapleuron with minute and dense punctures, microsculpture dense, slightly shiny; disc of mesoscutellum polished without punctures, lateral part with shallow and sparse punctures, interspaces slightly shiny, posttergum polished, without punctures, microsculpture dense, interspaces strongly shiny; punctures on terga minute, shallow and scattered, microsculpture indistinct, interspaces shiny; punctures on outer side of hind coxa minute, shallow. Anterior margin of labrum round; clypeus roundly incised to 1/3 of its middle length, lateral lobes acute; malar space nearly 2 times diameter of median ocellus; inner margins of eyes parallel downwards; supra-antennal tubercles indistinct; frontal area elevated, slightly below top of eyes in lateral view, frontal ridges blunt; median fovea ditch-like, shallow, but not reaching to median ocellus, lateral furrow shallow; interocellar and postocellar furrow shallow; postocellar area slightly elevated, 2 times as broad as long, lateral furrow deep and straight posteriorly; head slightly narrowed behind eyes in dorsal view ( Figs 53 , 70 ). Antenna longer than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 1.3 times length of flagellomere 2. Mesoscutellum distinctly elevated, basal part of lateral carinae acute, apical part gradually blunt posteriorly, posttergum with acute middle carina. Hind tarsomere 1 longer than combined length of following 4 tarsomeres, claw with inner tooth slightly longer than outer tooth. Fore wing with middle petiole of anal cell shorter than basal anal cell, 1.5 times length of vein R+M; petiole of anal cell on hind wing very short, dot like. Ovipositor sheath slightly shorter than hind tarsomere 1 in lateral view, valvula 3 acute at apex and longer than valvifer 2.
