Diagnosis.
Frons uniformly silver dusted, the fronto-orbital plate not differentiated by paler pollinosity; arista short-haired at base; postpedicel pointed at anterior tip; scutellum with both pairs of setae present, one basal and one apical; haltere yellow; legs brown with grey pollinosity, extreme tip of femora yellow; hind tibia without a distinct submedian posterodorsal seta; abdomen with a median vitta and lateral brown spots on all tergites.
