Taxonomic remarks
The
Flora of
China
(
Gu
et al.
2007
) records this species as present in Northeast
India
but we have seen no specimens to confirm this. The origin of the record is not known, but this species could easily be confused with other lacerated leaved species such as
B. koelzii
and
B. shilendrae
.
