Description, male.
Body length
2.85 mm
. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with sparse and short setae. Mandible very narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long. Frons
coriaceous
. Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large, circumocular suture present. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, strongly
coriaceous
; transverse pronotal carina absent; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma not developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws bifid. Metasomal segments glabrous.
Genitalia.
Basiparamere longer than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, with ventral and dorsal margin convex, glabrous; basivolsela uniform and angled; cuspis with arms very short, with arms hardly distinct, dorsal arm slender; digitus with basal projection overlapping basal portion of aedeagus; aedeagus fusiform; apodeme wide.

Remarks.
This new species differs from
A. alienus
by having the mandible very narrow with the teeth equally long; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the clypeal carina with the apical margin almost straight in lateral profile; the ocelli large; the vertex straight; the pronotal disc shorter than wide; the transverse pronotal carina absent; the mesopleuron with all the foveae open; the paramere short and wide; the cuspis with the ventral branch absent; and the aedeagus very slender with the basal portion almost as wide as the apical portion, whereas
A. alienus
has the mandible narrow, and with the lower tooth longer than the others; the antennal scrobe carinate and reaching the eye; the clypeal carina with the apical margin arched in lateral profile; the ocelli small; the vertex convex; the pronotal disc as long as wide; the transverse pronotal carina present; the mesopleuron with the lower foveae closed; the paramere slender and club-shaped; the cuspis with the ventral branch present; and the aedeagus slender with the basal portion wider than the apical portion.
