Diagnosis. This species can be separated from other congeneric species by having the hook-shaped copulatory duct and spermatheca. Description. Female (IZCAS-Ar. 18973): Total length 5.30. Prosoma 2.40 long, 2.00 wide; opisthosoma 2.75 long, 1.50 wide. Carapace yellow with sparse gray scales. Fovea longitudinal. Ocular area grayish black with grayish white scales. Endites and labium brown; chelicerae yellow. Chelicera with 2 pro- (1 large, 1 small) and 1 small retromarginal teeth. Legs yellow with long spines. Leg measurements: I 8.50 (2.40, 3.00, 2.10, 1.00); II 7.75 (2.20, 2.80, 1.90, 0.85); III 6.15 (1.90, 2.10, 1.50, 0.65); IV 6.45 (2.00, 2.00, 1.70, 0.75), leg formula: 1243. Opisthosoma dorsally with white net-like spots; laterally with grayish black spots; venter with a grayish black marking mesally. Epigynum ( Figs 20 B–C, 21A–B). Epigynum copulatory openings at the lateral edges; copulatory ducts thick; copulatory duct and spermatheca curved hook-shaped. Male: Unknown. FIGURE 20. Scale bars: A–B = 0.1 mm. Remarks. In the specimens we examined, the epigynum and the net-like white patches on the abdomen were the same as those of Tikader’s type . Although the specimens we examined had a shorter body length (5.00–6.60) than the Indian holotype (8.00), we believe they are the same species. The opisthosoma does not have longitudinal stripes and is not as slim as in Oxyopes , and the epigynum has similar structures to those of Hamataliwa . Therefore, we transfer this species from Oxyopes to Hamataliwa (also see the diagnosis of Hamataliwa : Deeleman-Reinhold, 2009 : 677 ). Variation. Total length: Ƥ 5.00–6.60 (n=5, from China ); 8.00 (the type ) from India . Distribution. China (Yunnan), India .
