Silvestri (1938b)

Foldi (2005)
described and illustrated the adult female of
M. sinensis

Jakubski (1965)

Tang & Hao (1995)
described the adult female and cyst. The species developed a large population in Fuqing, Putian, Zhangzhou, and other counties of
Fujian province
in the 1970s (
Yang 1979
). Specimens have not been seen in this study.
