Scutum uniformly dark brown; postsutural dorsocentrals 3; mid femur with 2 preapical setae; mid tibia with 1 posterior and 1 anterodorsal setae; lower katepisternal seta more or less equidistant from the other two; costal spine long and strong; sternite 5 as in Fig. 104 . Terminalia. Cercal plate and surstylus as in Figs 105–106 . Aedeagal complex as in Fig. 107 . Notes. There is a long series from Kenya in the BMNH . The species can be easily recognized by the unusually long and strong costal spine. One male from Kenya dissected and illustrated.
