Diagnosis.
Male. Black. Mandible with two apical teeth. Median clypeal lobe trapezoidal. Frons somewhat strongly coriaceous, punctures shallow. Genitalia: basivolsella with large sharp apical tooth; aedeagal ventral ramus as long as dorsal body, laminar, surface horizontal, wide, parallel, outer margin narrowing into narrow apex; aedeagal dorsal body with three pairs apical lobes, outer pair thin, evenly convex, apex thin directed each other; dorsal inner pair short, laminar, surface horizontal, parallel, wide, apex broad; ventral pair laminar, apex thin, border strongly serrated, inner surface setose; basal process with pair lateral wide teeth, serrated apical margin, wide median tooth.
Variations.
In this series the specimens are quite similar to those previously studied.
Remarks.
This species was previously known from
Brazil
