Entomol. J. East China 1: 1. Type locality: Jiangxi (Yudu). Diagnosis. Head dark; wing grayish brown with several small hyaline areas; lobes of male tenth tergum asymmetrical. Male. Body length 16 mm ; forewing length 31 mm , hindwing length 27 mm . Head dark. Compound eyes brown, ocelli pale yellow with black inner margin. Antenna blackish brown. Mouthparts pale yellow. Prothorax pale yellow; meso– and metathorax brown, dorsally with each centre yellowish brown. Legs pale brown with short, dense, pale yellow setae; tarsal claws pale red. Tenth tergum short, lobes asymmetric; left one ( Fig. 18 ) distally with three different sized digitiform processes, right one ( Fig. 19 ) simple with a small digitiform process on ventral membrane between ninth and tenth tergum. Tenth sternum ( Fig. 20 ) strongly sclerotized, flattened and slightly curved dorsad; in ventral view slender, suboblong, with proximal margin arcuately incised, distal margin truncate. Female. Unknown. . FIGURES 18–20. Neochauliodes jiangxiensis Yang & Yang. 18. Male genitalia, lateral view; 19. Male tenth tergum, right lateral view; 20. Male tenth sternum, ventral view. Type material. Holotype , CHINA : Jiangxi , Qilushan , 5.V.1978 , C. Yang ( CAU ). Distribution. China ( Jiangxi ). Remarks.
