Remarks.
The specimens from El Kantara belong to this species by the shape of epiphallus, but it is similar to
T. maroccanus
Bolívar, 1908
by the narrow and sharp hind margin of pronotum; it is also near to
T. pulchripennis
(Serville, 1838)
by the short and thick tibial spurs. The specimens from El Kheneg identified as
T. cisti clavelii
Lucas, 1851
by me in the NHMUK, which is now a synonym of
T. cisti
(
Massa 2013: 438
)
.
The shape of the dark band of hind wing in
T. cisti gracilis
is distinctly short and wide (it is very narrow and long in
T. cisti cisti
), the size is smaller in
T. cisti gracilis
, but this subspecies was synonymized by
Massa (2013: 438)
. Here materials are listed separately for further study.
