( Fabaceae : Faboideae ). Note: Although Ali (in Biologia (Lahore) 11(2): 7. 1965) indicated 905.6 (LINN) as "type" , and a Clifford collection (BM) incorrectly as an isotype (they are evidently not part of a single gathering), 905.6 (LINN) lacks the Species Plantarum number (i.e. "5" ) and was a post-1753 addition to the herbarium, and is not original material for the name. Westphal subsequently designated the Clifford material as lectotype .
