D. striatus
(ZMH R08602) is believed to have been collected in
Singapore
in 1891. As
D. striatus
is distributed from southern
Thailand
to
Pahang
and Tioman Island in Peninsular
Malaysia
, and Sumatra and Borneo (Wallach
et al.
2014), the specimen was mostly likely a trade specimen or the locality data is incorrect.
