CIS-7082/Park; D, ditto, aedeagus; E, abdominal segments VII–VIII; F, female genitalia, gen. slide no. CIS-7263/Park. Scale bars: C, D, F = 0.5 mm. Distribution. Uganda ( Meyrick 1931 ; Clarke 1964; De Prins & De Prins 2019 ). Remarks. This species was described as a species of Homaloxestis from Kampala , Uganda , based on a single male. However, the species does definitely belong to Furcalis Park, 2018 , by having the distinct diagnostic characters in the venation and the male genital character of this genus, and thus, is transferred here to this genus as F. hemigastra ( Meyrick, 1931 ) , comb. nov. The female is reported and illustrated for the first time.
