MORONA SANTIAGO: 1 specimen, Bosque Domoso, 1650 m (CEMT); Comunidad Angel Rouby, 1300 m, Cordillera del Kutuku (3 specimens MECN; 26 specimens MQCAZ); Comunidad Unsuants, 900-1100 m, Cordillera del Kutuku (4 specimens MECN; 12 specimens MQCAZ). NAPO: Puerto Napo, 480 m (2 specimens MQCAZ). PASTAZA: Bosque Protector Oglan Alto, 810 m (1 specimen CEMT; 1 specimen MUTPL); Mera (1 specimen NMPC); Mera, Estacion Pindo Mirador UTE, 1000 m (9 specimens CEMT). UNDETERMINED PROVINCE: without specific locality (1 specimen NMPC). Temporal data. Collected in January, February, May, June, August, October, and December. Remarks. Inhabits the evergreen foothill forests of the Amazon region from 810-1300 m a.s.l. Collected with pitfall traps baited with carrion and human feces.
