In the illustrations ( Fig. 9 ), we present several variations of the anal point, as well as the superior volsella and the digitus of Tanytarsus rafaeli , in the dorsal and ventral aspects, with individual parts marked with colours to avoid overinterpretation of these diagnostic characters in the future. For justification of including T. rafaeli to the kiche group see remarks to T. marianae (above), both species considered here as morphologically close.
