Diagnosis
. Forewing length is
7–8 mm
in males and 9.5–
10 mm
in females. The species differs externally from other congeners by its more diffuse forewing markings. In the male genitalia, the narrow valva with a narrow distal membranous lobe, and the narrow vesica with a relatively small cornutus are characteristic. The differences between
H. kepica
and the closely related
H. odontotilepida
sp. n.
are listed in the diagnosis of the latter species.
Distribution
. Southern
Cambodia
(
Kep
,
Kampot
and
Kampong Speu
Provinces).
