Nicht " Damaeus concolor ": Oudemans 1937: die Art wurde von Willmann (1931) fehlinterpretiert, obgleich Originalbeschreibung und Abbildung auf die Zugehoerigkeit zu Damaeidae hinweist. - Die Artidentitaet wurde mit topotypischem Material von Vallombrosa durch van der Hammen (1952) nachgewiesen ( bestaetigt von Kunst, unpubl). Oekologie : Ziemlich eurytop, in verschiedenen Habitaten, selten. Verbreitung: Suedliche Palaearktis (Zentral- und Suedeuropa , Kaukasus)
