D i a g n o s i s: Mostly black; antenna and legs red; each elytron 3 with yellow fasciae. D e s c r i p t i o n: Size: Length 5.0 mm; width 1.7 mm . Form: As in Fig. 52 . Head: (EW/FW 20/50). Thorax: Pronotal and elytral discs finely punctate; (PL/PW 85/85); (EL/EW 210/60). Abdomen: Aedeagus ( Fig. 103 ). E t y m o l o g y: The species name, rionegro , constitutes a noun in apposition and refers to the type locality.
