Comments.
The specimens resemble
R. nana
and
queirozae
in a pale yellow body colour and in an oblongoval paramere bearing an apico-anterior process on a pedicel, situated interiorly to an apico-posterior lobe. They differ from the two species in the absence of genal processes, and a shape of the process and a lobe of the paramere. The specimens differ from
R. nana
in a short cell m1 of the forewing, and from
R. queirozae
in a shape of the forewing which is broadest in its apical third.
