The specific epithet ‘ distiflangentus ’ refers to the distal flanges of the aedeagus in this species. Description. Body length (including tegmen): 3, 5.4–5.5mm . Male genitalia: Pygophore very elongate and tapered posteriorly. Connective stem about 1.5 times longer than arms. Style relatively narrow. Aedeagal shaft with distal dorsal surface deeply concave with a pair of triangular-shape dentate flanges on each side, apical process with length approximately 1/2 length of shaft. Diagnosis. This species is very similar to M . tibetensis in the shape of the aedeagus but differs in most other aspects of the male genitalia. Distribution. China (Yunnan) ( Fig.17 ).
