Diagnosis
Omorgus persuberosus
is similar in appearance to
O. suberosus
and
O. triestinae
, but is usually larger than the latter two species. In addition,
O. persuberosus
have a distinct glabrous area on the inner ventral surface of the mesotibiae, which is either reduced or absent in the other two species (

).
Geographic distribution
Omorgus persuberosus
is widespread across South America (
Vaurie 1955

). In
