Description.
Adult (

) wingspan 12.0 mm. Head white, face yellow. Labial palpus mostly silvery gray, white on inner surface and apically. Antenna with scape yellowish white, pecten brownish yellow; flagellum white, ringed with black. Foreleg with femur gray on inner surface, tibia and tarsus blackish fuscous on inner surface, tibia dotted with blackish fuscous near base, at middle and on distal part dorsally, tarsus black on distal part of each tarsomere dorsally, remainder white; midleg mostly pale yellowish white, femur and tibia gray on inner surface, tibia dotted with blackish gray near base, at middle, and on distal part dorsally, tarsus blackish gray on distal part of each tarsomere dorsally; hindleg grayish white on inner surface, gray on outer surface, tarsus tinged with yellow, with distal part of each tarsomere blackish gray on outer surface. Thorax grayish white; tegula silvery dark gray. Forewing ratio 5.0; ground color gray, suffused with white scales from basal 1/10 to 2/5 near costa; costa interspersed with black and white dots, black dot before middle and at distal 1/10 larger, white dot at about middle larger; blackish-gray dot at middle of cell, oblique blackish-gray stria at lower angle of cell; blackish-gray streak below basal 2/5 of fold; dorsal band white, extending to tornus; dorsal fascia blackish gray, from middle of wing reaching above upper angle of cell below costa, its basal half uniform in width, distal half narrowed; termen interspersed with several black and white dots; cilia white adjacent to white costal spot, black around apex, gray on termen and near tornus. Hindwing and cilia uniformly gray.

): Tuba analis shorter than width of valva. Socius covered with 26̄28 scale-like setae, bearing two long setae posteriorly (

). Gnathos inflated distally, with seven long thick setae apically. Valva heart-shaped, narrowly rounded apically; a row of thick setae in disc near ventral margin, some brush-like distally, with several similar setae on distal area. Saccus shorter than width of valva, linear in distal 4/5, expanded apically. Phallus curved at distal 1/3, 3.5 times as long as width of valva (

). Second sternite with about 18 micro-setae in each row; eighth sternite V-shaped. Coremata present.
Female genitalia

): Ovipositor 2.8 times as long as eighth segment. Anterior apophysis 4/5 length of posterior apophysis, bifurcate before middle, branches fused, forming weakly sclerotized ventral margin of ostium bursae. Lamella postvaginalis trapezoidal or nearly triangular. Antrum funnel-shaped, half length of eighth segment. Ductus bursae densely spinulate before and near opening of ductus seminalis; ductus seminalis originating from beyond middle of ductus bursae. Corpus bursae oval, with sparse micro-denticles; signum with basal plate band-shaped, uniform in width, horns extending outward horizontally, anterior margin straight.
