The MHNG collection contains three specimens , one with a pin running the length of the body, in alcohol ( MHNG-ARTO-14292 ). The identification label in the jar has “Nlle Cal. Sarasin et Roux” written on it, indicating that the specimens are syntypes . There are two syntypes in the NMB (inventory numbers NMB-DIPL-00352a and NMB-DIPL-00352 b).
