Fig. 26
) with scape cylindrical, about 2.9× as long as broad (29:10); pedicel 1.7× as broad as long (15:9); funicle long, about 2.3× as long as broad (14:6); clava long, 4× as long as broad (36:9); apical segment of clava with rod-like projection.
Mesosoma. Mid lobe of mesoscutum 1.1× as broad as long (41:36); scutellum 1.7× as long as broad (32:19); propodeum longer than metanotum (15:5); mesophragma extending up to middle of gaster. Fore wing (
Fig. 27
) disc beyond venation with a single line of 5–11 setae along anterior margin, and about 4.4× as long as broad (160:36); marginal fringe 1.3× as long as wing width (48:36); hind wing 18.5× as long as broad (148:8); marginal fringe 6.3× as long as wing width (50:8).

Comments
. The original description of
O. ruficorpa
: was based on
9 females
and one male. The
holotype
female is on two slides; one slide with one antenna, one fore wing (basally broken off), one mid leg and one hind leg, all under a large coverslip; the head and gaster (other parts missing) on the second slide under two small coverslips. There are 3 slides each labelled ‘Paratype’ in green ink, and bear the data as published, one female from Jaipur (number 462), one female from Agra (number 490) and
4 females
and one male from Aligarh (number 311).
This species appears to be similar to
O. sanguinea
Girault (1911)
(see also
Viggiani 1981
;
Hayat 2008
), but differs from it by having the basal third of the gaster white, fore wing disc beyond venation with a single line of 5– 11 setae along the anterior margin, fore wing veins and legs with reddish suffusions, and funicle segment slightly longer than the first segment of the clava. In
O. sanguínea
the gaster is wholly red, fore wing disc beyond venation with two lines of setae, one along the anterior margin curving along the apex and reaching the posterior margin almost to the level of the stigmal vein and a second beginning just distal of the stigmal vein and reaching the apex of the wing, reddish colour absent from fore wing veins and legs, and funicle segment longer than the quadratic or cup-shaped first segment of the clava.
