Stenosarina crosnieri was first reported from the Norfolk Ridge by Laurin (1997) and Zezina (2005) and is common around New Caledonia . It also occurs in the Indian Ocean on the northwestern side of Madagascar ( Cooper 1983 ; Logan 2007 ).
