Remarks.
The specimen was reared from an unidentified legume. The larva creates blotch mine on both upper and lower surfaces of the host plant leaf (
Fig. 10
). Image of adult is not included due to the badly worn forewing markings of the only one specimen.
Female genitalia (

) agree with
Kumata (1993)
