B. Keskin , M. & S. Nabozhenko) . Distribution and bionomics. This species was known from the type locality in the south of Hatay Province and from North Syria ( Latakia , Akra Mts.). It was previously found on Pinus nigra at 1480 m among parmelian lichens. We additionally found this species on Pinus brutia at 363 m . One of the host lichens is Cladonia fimbriata (L.) Fr. ( Cladoniaceae Zenker ) ( Fig. 6B ). Beetles feed on this lichen at the base of rotten stumps.
