MYANMAR : Lectotype ( Figs 6M–P ) (here designated) “ Myitta , Doherty ” “ Bundera venata Dist. type [ Distant’s hw]” “ Distant Coll. 1911-383” ( BMNH ) “ Type H. T. [red edged disc]”. Remarks. Originally described from an unspecified number of specimens ( syntypes ) with the following data: “Tenasserim; Myitta (Doherty)”. B. venata closely resembles B. acutivertex and also an undescribed species (female) from Manipur (Ukhrul, 1647 m , 25o 06’ 485” N, 94o 21’ 022” E, 28.viii.2014 , Yeshwanth, H.M.) in coloration but differs in having a more broadly rounded anterior margin of the crown and lateral margins of pronotum broadly ochraceous. The female specimen from Manipur is much longer ( 5.4 mm long) and has darker facial markings and the pronotum is black with a narrow posterior marginal ochraceous border although it has a similar female seventh sternite.
