Shortcrowna

: 468
–469. Type species:
Shortcrowna leishanensis
Li & Li
, by original designation.
Remarks.
This genus has been adequately described by
Li & Li (2014)
for the species collected from
China
. The genus can be recognised by the crown being about as wide as or shorter than distance between eyes and by the aedeagus with tubular shaft and wing-like dorsolateral lobes. Phylogenetic analysis of
Wang
et al
. (2017)
showed this genus to be closely related to
Evacanthus
. One new species of this genus has been described from
Myanmar
.
