Diagnosis. : fully winged ( Figs 162D , 165A, B ); rarely brachypterous (only in one specimen of E. rufus Olmi 1984 from China , Guangdong , Yunjishan Nature Reserve); palpal formula 3/2, 4/2, 5/2, 5/3, or 6/3; antenna with ADOs; pronotum crossed by strong transverse furrow ( Fig. 162D ); notauli complete ( Figs 165A, B ); enlarged claw with one subapical tooth and one row of lamellae ( Figs 166A, D ); protarsomere 5 with less than 15 medial lamellae ( Figs 166A, D ); tibial spurs 1/0/1. : fully winged ( Figs 165C, D ); head with distinct complete occipital carina; oc- ciput concave; temple present; palpal formula 3/2, 4/2, 5/2, 5/3, or 6/3; tibial spurs 1/1/2. Distribution. Worldwide. Hosts. Delphacidae ( Guglielmino & Olmi 1997 , 2006; Guglielmino et al . 2013 ). World species . 15 species are known, two in the Afrotropical region.
