occurs from the Balkans east across the Middle East and Central Asia, then south of the Himalaya through
India

Sri Lanka
and South
East Asia
, to southern
China
,
Taiwan
and southern
Japan
; then southeast through the
Philippines
and the Indonesian Archipelago as far as the
Moluccas

).
