Diagnosis
Face approximately 1.3× as wide as long. Malar space about 0.5× as long as basal width of mandible. Postocellar line approximately 0.5× as long as ocular-ocellar line. Areolet triangular, with long petiole; fore wing with vein 1cu-a distal to M&RS by 0.3 × length of 1cu-a; hind wing vein 1-cu 1.5× as long as cu-a. Lateromedian longitudinal carinae of propodeum distinctly constricted medially. First metasomal tergite approximately 2.4× as long as posterior width. Fore tibia, basal halves of mid and hind tibiae except bases, mid tarsomeres 3 to 4, hind tarsomeres 2 to 5 (apical half black) white.
